General Information
Is there a swimming pool/ gym?
We don't have a swimming pool or gym. Facilties include sauna, steam, raindrop showers, Mud Rasul and treatment rooms.
Hazlewood Castle is surrounded by 77 acres of gorgoeous woodland ready for exploring.
Is the spa included in my stay?
Unless you have booked a spa package, the use of the spa is not included in your overnight rate.
What is a Mud Rasul?
Our Mud Rasul is a self led treatment were you apply an exfoliator to your body, then rinse off before applying fragranced mud all over the face and body, you then enter the private mud rasul steam chamber. The steam will open the pores, allowing the mud to penetrate the skin, leaving the skin soft and smooth.
The treatment will last 45 minutes. The minimum age for steam treatments is 16
Do I have to stay to use the Spa?
Our spa is open to day guests, we offer half and full day packages alongside Thermal Spa and Mud Rasul options.
I am pregnant, what treatments can I have?
If you are in you first trimester, then unfortunately we are unable to do any treatments. More than 3 months pregnant, we can offer facials or leg and foot treatments. Use of the Mud Rasul & Thermal Spa are not permitted at any point of pregnancy.
What should I wear for my visit?
You must wear swimwear for your visit, we provide robes, towels and slippers for your comfort.
