Responsibilities

Efficiently transport clean and soiled linen throughout the hotel, ensuring timely delivery to designated areas
Maintain cleanliness of all public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation
Restock linen supplies in guest rooms, bathrooms, and service areas as needed
Assist with laundry operations by sorting, folding, and organizing linens for distribution or collection
Monitor inventory levels of linens and cleaning supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishment
Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure health and safety standards are consistently met
Support team efforts during busy periods by helping with additional janitorial duties or guest requests
Qualifications

Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality operations is highly preferred
Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that promotes teamwork and guest satisfaction

Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and specialised therapies with precision and care.
Apply makeup as requested by clients, ensuring a professional and artistic approach.
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored treatment recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment following health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure their comfort throughout treatments.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
Assist in maintaining the organisation of the spa area, including stock management and equipment upkeep.
Promote additional services or products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within a wellness or beauty environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
Competence in makeup application is desirable but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of treatment quality and hygiene.
Ability to work flexibly within scheduled shifts, including weekends if required.
